Q: Will I have my own dedicated assistant or will it be a different person on each visit
A: You will be assigned your very own assistant and they will provide you with the support you need

Q: Are there any hidden charges
A: Absolutely not, the rates quoted in our 'Services' page are the only charges you will pay

Q: Is there a minimum time requirement for each visit
A:  Yes, minimum 2 hour visit

Q: How do I pay for your services
A: We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer

Q: Can I pay for someone else to have assistance, i.e. a family member
A: Yes, we understand the person paying for the assistance may not always be the person we assist

Q: Do you only offer assistance for the tasks specified in your 'Services' page
A: Absolutely not, the list specified is purely to give examples of the services we can provide
